I went to the er the other day because my ankle all of the sudden developed a big lump. They said it was gout? - gout lumps ankle
the tumor has decreased, but my ankle is swollen and black and blue .. Is this a symptom of gout, or not to have been the coup de grace?

Hmm. The documentation I have read and my doctor told me that the symptoms of gout appear on the fingers, as a rule, usually the big toe. I disagree, if I were you. I had gout, and never, since its symptoms.
